RESEARCH INTEREST
To understand the links between food protein and health, and further process it into value added functional foods or nutraceuticals.
More specifically my research interest focuses on bioactive peptide preparation, purification, characterization, and bioactivity evaluation
RESEARCH EXPERIENCES
2010-2016 : Proteomic, protein digestion and purification, 2D gel electrophoresis, HPLC, protein identification by LCMS/MS, immunoprecipitation of complexes for identification by mass-spectrometry, antihypertension in-vitro assays, in-vivo assays using spontaneously hypertensive rats model, western blotting, computer assisted molecular docking, protein structure –activity relationship studies.
2012-2015 : Mammalian cell culture, signal transduction pathway in inflammation and cancer, in-vivo leukemia study in mice, sub-acute and acute toxicity study of compounds and drugs in BALB/c mice.
2014-2015 : Human clinical trials, bioavailability and bioequivalent study
