On 26 September 2026, the Food Technology Program at BINUS University welcomed the Vihara Siripada community for a fun-filled Community Development workshop on «Pelatihan Pembuatan Makanan Sehat dan Bergizi.”

From making gluten-free cookies with local taro flour, fluffy marshmallows, to refreshing Moringa-soy milk ice cream, everyone got the chance to learn, create, and explore healthier food innovations together 🍪☁️🍨

Because learning about healthy food is always better when we can mix it, bake it, taste it, and enjoy it together! 👩🍳👨🍳
