Initiative Project Research : Ketugo – Ketupat Ready-to-Go
Ketupat is one of Indonesia’s typical foods, and it is widely consumed by Indonesian society. Unfortunately, ketupat has a short shelf life and doesn’t support the flexibility of being eaten at every time or place. Therefore, by utilizing retort processing and packing into a retort pouch packaging, this product has a longer shelf life and is not only Ready-to-Eat but also Ready-to-Go. This product benefits from convenience, long shelf life, and safety.
