P2M Food Technology Ice Cream and Edible Crystal Workshop With Vihara Siripada Community
In December 2024, the Food Technology Department of BINUS @Alam Sutera partnered with the Vihara Sripada Community to host an engaging Ice Cream and Edible Crystal Making Workshop. This aimed to introduce students to the science behind food processing while promoting SDGs 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDGs 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).
