Ata claimed the prestigious 1st Place Best Poster Presentation for his innovative research titled “Pickering Emulsified Coating from Citrus Peel Pectin/Limonene Essential Oil/Nano Cellulose to Maintain the Orange Quality.”  Also, Ervina was recognized as the Best Online Presenter for her insightful work titled “Sensory and Texture Profiling of Coated-Cereal Bar Enriched with Essential Oil as Natural Flavors.”
