This is an interesting article that enriches the knowledge in edible packaging for one of highly perishable food materials, i.e. broiler chicken fillet.

These materials are precious to be added for the coursed taught in the Food Technology Department, Faculty of Engineering, Bina Nusantara University, such as FOOD6021 Food Packaging and Storage Technology, SCIE6023 Physical Chemistry, SCIE6020 Chemistry, etc.
