On Saturday 19 October 2019, at BINUS@Anggrek Campus, BINUS University held an inauguration for the first professor in the Department of Food Technology, prof. Ir. Ingrid Suryanti Surono, M.Sc., Ph.D, led by the rector of BINUS University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Harjanto Prabowo, M.M. Prof. Ingrid presented a scientific speech with theme “Eksplorasi Biodiversitas Bakteri Asam Laktat Asal Dadih: Probiotik, Prebiotik, Mikrobiom dan Pangan Fungsional.
