On Friday November 23rd, 2018, Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Engineering, Bina Nusantara University organized a guest lecture from Asosiasi Teh Indonesia (Indonesian Tea Association).

The guest lecture was divided into two sections, that are (1) Introduction to tea, processing technology of tea, benefits of tea, and (2) The change of preferences in tea consumption in Indonesia. The first session was brought by Ir. Salwa Lubnan D, MS, while the second session was delivered by Dr. Atik Dharmadi.

It was an honor for us to organize this guest lecture, not just for the enrichment of knowledge of the students, but also the to maintain the network between industry and also academia.
