This is an interesting article that enriches the knowledge in bioproducts processing, especially in the field of biomass valorization (in this case, the use of spent coffee waste) to be used for sustainable platform for biocatalysis. This is also a fruitful international collaboration between Bina Nusantara University, Indonesia and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan (Prof. H.W. Chien).

These materials are precious to be added for the coursed taught in the Food Technology Department, Faculty of Engineering, Bina Nusantara University, such as SCIE6021 Organic Chemistry, SCIE6023 Physical Chemistry, SCIE6020 Chemistry, etc.
